Customer Service Representative (Intern / Entry-Level)

About the role

Jobberman is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Customer Service Representative, either as an intern or an entry-level associate, based in Enugu. The role suits people starting their professional journey who want to build practical skills in client support, communication and issue resolution. You will help improve customer satisfaction by answering inquiries, handling routine matters and providing a smooth experience across telephone, email, live chat and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer questions promptly and professionally, giving accurate information on products and services
• Manage and resolve standard complaints, escalating complex cases as needed
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and maintain up-to-date files
• Follow communication protocols and standard operating procedures
• Help the wider customer service team with administrative duties
• Build positive relationships with clients to raise satisfaction rates

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND or a Bachelor's degree; current students are welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
• Constructive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Preferred: prior customer service experience, multitasking ability and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
