Talents and Skills Africa Consulting LLC is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full‑time position involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in‑person promptly and accurately.
• Handle and resolve complaints, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company procedures.
• Record interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company’s customer service software.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on improvement opportunities based on customer interactions.
• Stay updated on products, services, policies, and promotions.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability.
• Based in or willing to work in Ikeja, Lagos.
