Customer Service Representative (Contract, Hybrid)

About the role

Data Intelligence Systems is looking for a Contract Customer Service Representative to work on a hybrid basis in Lagos. You will handle inbound inquiries through phone, email and chat, resolve issues quickly, and record all interactions in the company’s systems.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve issues promptly and document each case in the CRM/ticketing platform.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure timely closure.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain service standards and track customer feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience process.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver consistent support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or similar front‑line roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous style.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and pay close attention to detail.
• Reliability in a hybrid work environment and adaptability to changing procedures.
• Prior exposure to technology, data or consulting environments is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree is beneficial but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
