Job description
Key responsibilities
- Ensure every customer who places an order receives a follow‑up call within 6–12 hours of purchase.
- Confirm order details, answer questions, and provide relevant information regarding the customer's order.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the order and delivery process.
- Proactively contact customers when there are delivery delays, changes, or other service issues.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of a degree in a related field.
