Customer Service Representative – Abuja

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join Clyne Paper Limited’s Abuja team to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and face‑to‑face channels. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering accurate product information, resolving issues, and supporting a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, providing product details and order status.
• Resolve complaints, process orders, and document each interaction in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully addressed.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to relay feedback and track deliveries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and contribute ideas for service process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business, communications or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service or support role is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse customers.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM or customer‑service software.
