About the role

This is an entry-level position within the Business Center team, suitable for motivated people with between zero and two years of professional experience. The officer acts as the main point of contact for facility visitors, helping them with their documentation needs quickly and efficiently, while also creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide attentive, respectful service throughout their visit.
  • Guide customers through document production services such as printing, photocopying, scanning, laminating, binding and typing.
  • Answer questions about services and pricing, and resolve minor issues professionally.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts and keep accurate daily operational logs.
  • Keep the workspace tidy and organized, making sure all equipment is functional and ready for use.

Required profile

  • Zero to two years of professional experience.
  • Motivated individual with good customer service attitude.
