Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will be the primary point of contact for clients of PWAN Group, handling inbound calls, generating leads and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work in a fast‑paced call centre environment, building trust through clear and friendly communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
• Generate sales leads and identify customer needs.
• Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets and call‑handling quotas.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum HND from a recognised institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a call‑centre or customer service role.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette with strong communication skills.
• Calm, team‑oriented attitude when dealing with complaints.
• Residence within the Lekki‑Ajah axis.

Required skills

• High proficiency in the MS Office suite.
