Customer Experience Officer

About the role

Cellulose Medical Laboratory is hiring a Customer Experience Officer in Abuja (Marina). The officer acts as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and feedback and working to keep customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Provide prompt, professional and effective support across communication channels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Follow up with customers to make sure their concerns have been addressed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in IT or a related field.
• Full of life and positive attitude.
• Able to work with little or no supervision.
• Organized and service-oriented.

Required skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to engage customers warmly and professionally.
• Able to multitask effectively.
• Can do basic arithmetic.
