Customer Experience Lead

About the role

The Customer Experience Lead will own end‑to‑end customer engagement for Husk Power’s hybrid mini‑grid portfolio in Nigeria. You will drive revenue protection, service quality and community integration to ensure high collection efficiency and increased energy uptake.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of customer experience strategies across all mini‑grid sites.
• Monitor and improve collection rates, revenue protection mechanisms and service quality metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and product teams to align customer touchpoints with business goals.
• Develop community outreach programs that foster trust and adoption of renewable energy solutions.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer experience, customer success or related fields, preferably in energy or utilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑growing, cross‑functional environment.
