Customer Care Executive

About the role

The Customer Care Executive will be the primary point of contact for enterprise and retail clients, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This role combines technical troubleshooting with strong relationship management to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure effective resolution of tickets.
• Raise, follow up, and close trouble tickets.
• Dispatch invoices to enterprise and retail customers according to established processes.
• Follow up on collections with timely reminders and achieve collection targets.
• Provide service and MTTR improvement plans.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
• Generate sales leads from existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fair knowledge of telecom technologies such as Internet bandwidth, leased circuits, smart solutions, IoT, and internet broadband.
• Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and a team player.
• Ability to collaborate quickly with team members when needed.
• Prior experience in a telecommunication customer care department.
• Strong math and critical reasoning abilities.
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, honesty and a resourceful, result‑oriented attitude.
