Customer Acquisition Officer (Contract)

About the role

SyncTech Innovations Limited is looking for a proactive Customer Acquisition Officer on a contract basis to help drive the adoption of its software solutions across Nigeria. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and converting them into paying customers while supporting the company’s revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers for SyncTech’s products and services.
• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, networking, referrals and other business development activities.
• Present and explain SyncTech’s solutions to prospects.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly compensation of ₦100,000.
• Transportation allowance of ₦30,000 per month.
