Credit Partnerships Lead

About the role

10mg Health is seeking a Credit Partnerships Lead to drive the acquisition and growth of relationships with banks, micro‑finance institutions, fintech lenders and other licensed financial partners. You will turn partnership discussions into signed agreements, funded programmes and active lending solutions that integrate with our AI‑driven underwriting platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new partnerships with banks, micro‑finance banks, fintechs and other licensed lenders.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers across credit, risk, product, partnerships and digital banking teams.
• Present 10mg’s value proposition, negotiate commercial terms and move opportunities from discussion to signed agreement and launch.
• Understand each lender’s credit policy, risk appetite, target customers and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, credit‑risk and compliance teams to configure credit rules, scoring thresholds, financing limits, repayment periods and approval processes.
• Support delivery of white‑label lending products that partners can offer under their own brand.
• Lead pilots, ensure they progress into commercially viable lending programmes and track performance metrics such as funded order volume, revenue and portfolio health.
• Maintain a clear pipeline, provide regular forecasts and resolve onboarding or integration issues.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in partnership development or product launch within embedded, checkout, inventory or white‑label lending.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing agreements with financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of credit‑scoring, risk assessment and regulatory environments in emerging markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
