Corporate Marketer – Real Estate

About the role

Endlex Properties & Development Ltd is seeking a full‑time Corporate Marketer to drive property sales and build lasting relationships with corporate clients. Based in Port Harcourt, you will work on‑site in a dynamic real‑estate environment, promoting our residential and commercial offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and nurture corporate clients for property sales.
• Conduct market research and develop tailored marketing pitches and proposals.
• Schedule, attend and follow up on client meetings and site visits.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create marketing materials.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and suggest improvements to marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
• Strong corporate marketing, sales and business‑development experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate and deliver presentations.
• Good understanding of real‑estate market trends and property features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
