Corporate Accounts Executive

About the role

Deecla Services Ltd is hiring a Corporate Accounts Executive in Lagos (Marina) to manage relationships with existing corporate clients, develop new business and support the group's sales targets. The role combines account management, business development and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients, respond to enquiries and follow up on requests; monitor orders, quotations, proposals and delivery schedules with the operations team.
• Identify and approach prospective corporate clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals and networking, build a pipeline of qualified leads and arrange meetings and proposals.
• Promote the group's products and services, conduct market and competitor research, and support direct marketing and promotional activities.
• Help prepare company profiles, brochures, catalogues, presentations and other client-facing materials.
• Maintain records of contacts, prospects, meetings, quotations and orders, and submit weekly reports on leads, meetings and sales opportunities.
• Work with management and the operations team so that client requirements are met and orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, corporate sales or business development.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Organised, proactive, target-driven and able to manage multiple client accounts.
