Cook – Full-time position in Ibadan

About the role

The Kitchen team at Kloverharris Limited is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our restaurant in Ibadan. This full-time role involves preparing a variety of local and continental dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present meals according to approved recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations and storage areas.
• Monitor stock levels, communicate inventory needs and minimise waste through portion control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any faults promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support efficient operations, including opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE certification; a qualification in Culinary Arts or Food Production is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel, café or similar hospitality setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and shift patterns.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
