Control Room Operator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Control Room Operator to oversee the monitoring and operation of our production equipment at New Hope Agriculture & Technology in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor equipment, alarms, and control panels to detect irregularities.
• Oversee the entire production process and machine operation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, faults, or abnormal conditions.
• Relay instructions and updates between field staff, departments, and management.
• Maintain accurate logs of operations, incidents, and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Identify technical issues and escalate them to maintenance teams.
• Direct field operators and coordinate operational tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of an HND (Higher National Diploma).
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar control room or production monitoring role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
