Continental Cook – Full‑time Position

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Continental Cook to join Jad Catering Services in Delta, Marina. The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes for our catering clients, ensuring high standards of taste, hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Attend toolbox meetings and participate in safety briefings (TBT, TSTI/JSA).
• Review the daily menu and set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by chopping, peeling, and cutting meat and vegetables.
• Cook food using various utensils, grills, and equipment while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas in line with legal and company policies.
• Store prepared food in warmers or bain‑marie and serve according to the Catering Supervisor’s instructions.
• Identify safety hazards, maintain good housekeeping, and follow quality, environmental, safety, and health management procedures.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervising manager.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years (36 months) experience as a cook.
• Minimum of SSCE education.
• Strong hygiene practices and great culinary skills.
