About the role
We are looking for a creative Content Growth Executive & Video Editor to drive audience engagement across our digital platforms. You will combine strategic content planning with hands‑on short‑form video production to attract and retain a youth‑focused audience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop weekly content calendars and plan topics aligned with our youth education and career niche.
- Write concise talking‑head scripts and compelling captions.
- Edit short‑form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts using CapCut.
- Publish and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, blog and Google Business Profile.
- Conduct research to generate fresh content ideas and trends.
- Support campaign launches and monitor weekly performance metrics.
Required profile
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Teachability and willingness to take feedback.
- Serious attitude toward content growth and audience building.
Required skills
- CapCut for video editing.
- Canva for graphics and thumbnails.
- Google Docs, Sheets and Drive for collaboration and reporting.
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary between ₦120,000 and ₦150,000.
