Content Creator – Digital & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Content Creator to produce engaging visual and written material for our FMCG brands. The role will support brand visibility and audience interaction across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
• Create engaging posts for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters and other digital platforms.
• Plan, produce and edit high‑quality videos, graphics, animations and other multimedia assets.
• Maintain the company’s social‑media presence and manage content calendars.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement and industry best practices to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, recruitment campaigns and corporate initiatives.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, articles and marketing copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Track, analyse and report content performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, English or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing or social‑media management.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of CapCut and Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Photography and videography skills.
