Computer Systems Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. You will help shape and optimize our enterprise resource planning (ERP) landscape, ensuring systems are robust, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design system architecture, focusing on ERP platforms such as GSAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that meets data‑privacy standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive workflow optimization.
• Lead system integration initiatives to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate performance and user requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges using industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or a similar role in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to produce detailed technical documentation and handle sensitive data with strict privacy compliance.
• Demonstrated success in workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems: GSAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in SQL Developer for data analysis and integration.
• System architecture design and integration.
• System testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
