Community & Social Media Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Community & Social Media Operations Assistant to support our Social Media Manager in keeping our online audience engaged, fostering a supportive community, and amplifying our Christian‑focused relationship content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to comments on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other channels, building genuine relationships and escalating issues when needed.
• Send personalized direct messages to followers, follow up after live sessions and events, and maintain consistent interaction to boost trust.
• Promote registrations for coaching programmes, webinars, masterclasses and events, guiding qualified prospects toward the sales process.
• Share new content across community channels and maximize reach through regular promotion.
• Upload and schedule content on all platforms, assisting the Social Media Manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Engage daily with relevant creators, pages and niche communities, identifying collaboration opportunities to grow the audience.

Required profile

• Excellent written English.
• Highly organised, dependable and able to work under the direction of a Social Media Manager.
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Comfortable engaging people through direct messages and comments.
• Warm, professional, and enjoys building online communities.
• Proactive, coachable and eager to learn.
• Genuine interest in Christian values, relationships and personal development.

What we offer

• Salary range N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
