Community Manager – Social Impact

About the role

DynaRaise is looking for a Community Manager to grow and energize our donor and fundraiser communities across Nigeria. You will turn verification updates, impact stories, and campaign milestones into meaningful engagement that builds trust and drives participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar featuring impact reports, beneficiary stories, and partner spotlights aligned with SDGs.
• Manage social media channels, webinars, and AMAs; coordinate offline meet‑ups as needed.
• Own community guidelines and handle escalations through the Trust & Safety process.
• Build referral and ambassador programs with measurable KPIs.
• Launch a monthly newsletter aiming for ≥35% open and ≥5% click rates.
• Moderate donor and fundraiser groups, maintaining an average response time of ≤12 hours.
• Publish 6–8 radical‑transparency updates detailing fund allocation and beneficiaries.

Required profile

• Passion or prior experience in community building, content, or communications for social‑impact, fintech, or marketplace products.
• Excellent writing, empathy, and moderation skills.
• Data‑literate, experiment‑minded, and strong analytical abilities.
• Solid understanding of social‑media platforms and best practices.
