Commercial Validation and Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Stratum Core Systems is looking for a part‑time Commercial Validation and Engagement Coordinator to support a three‑month consultancy focused on multi‑branch pharmacy operations in Abuja. The role blends remote research with on‑site field work to generate evidence that will guide senior‑level product and commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Research selected pharmacy chains, their branch networks, operating models and decision‑makers.
• Investigate current inventory, purchasing, sales and reporting systems used across branches.
• Visit pharmacy locations in Abuja to collect structured insights from frontline staff.
• Conduct professional, evidence‑based interviews without misrepresenting product readiness.
• Analyse findings and prepare concise briefing material for the Founder.

Required profile

• Field‑oriented and comfortable conducting in‑person visits.
• Strong research and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to produce clear, concise analysis from qualitative data.
• Minimum of one month relevant experience.
