Commercial Manager

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead sales initiatives for 3T Innovative Farm, a diversified agricultural business producing a range of crops and livestock. The role focuses on increasing revenue, building strategic customer relationships and expanding the farm’s market presence locally and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Develop monthly and annual sales plans.
- Identify and acquire new customers across Nigeria.
- Build and manage distributor and wholesale networks.
- Secure contracts with supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and processors.
- Explore and develop export opportunities.
- Supervise commercial staff.
- Monitor competitors and market prices.
- Coordinate product launches.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve agreed revenue and profit targets.
Required profile
- HND/BSc or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
