Cold Calling Team Lead (Night Shift)

About the role

ExcelMindCyber is looking for an experienced Cold Calling Team Lead to manage and actively participate in outbound sales activities from its Lagos calling centre. This hands‑on leadership position operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US Central Time (CST) and focuses on driving team performance, coaching agents, and achieving daily outreach and appointment‑setting targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of four cold callers, monitoring daily dialing activity and appointment‑setting performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and call audits to ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and quality standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Actively make outbound cold calls, generate qualified appointments, handle objections, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve personal outbound dialing and appointment‑setting targets while contributing to revenue generation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, call‑center operations, or appointment setting.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales or call‑center team.
• Proven track record of meeting high‑volume outbound sales targets.
• Preferred background in telecommunications, insurance, or consumer subscription businesses.

Required skills

• CRM (experience maintaining call activity records and outcomes).

What we offer

• Net monthly salary of ₦400,000.
• 1 % commission on closed deals.
• Night‑shift schedule aligned with US Central Time (CST).
