CNC Milling Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a diligent CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ota, Ogun State. The role involves operating manual CNC milling equipment to produce precision components according to engineering drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Set up cutting tools, fixtures and workpieces on the CNC milling machine.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings and machining instructions.
• Operate the manual CNC milling machine while maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification (preferred).
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Good understanding of the overall machining process.

Required skills

• CNC milling machine operation (manual).
• Technical drawing interpretation.
• Tool and fixture setup.
• Use of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Basic machine maintenance.
