Client Account Manager – Legal Tech (Lagos)

About the role

We are a forward‑thinking legal technology company expanding across Nigeria. We are looking for a seasoned Client Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our legal and corporate clients in Lagos, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value client accounts, maintaining engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee client renewals, payments and subscription cycles to meet revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client accounts in Lagos, providing onboarding, training and ongoing support.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, support and product teams to address client feedback and issues.
• Conduct regular client visits and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Track and report on account performance, revenue metrics and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience, preferably in legal tech, SaaS or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience in client relationship management, customer success or B2B account management.
• Resident of Lagos with deep familiarity of the city.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Business‑oriented mindset focused on revenue growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
