About the role
We are looking for a motivated Class Teacher to join The Outliers School in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering personalized instruction and fostering an interactive learning environment for our students.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized instruction to each student, encouraging interactive learning.
- Assess and record student progress, assign grades, and give constructive feedback.
- Maintain a tidy, orderly, and safe classroom environment.
Required profile
- Minimum academic qualification of an OND.
- Positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Reside in or around Surulere, Lagos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy working with children.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 100,000 to NGN 150,000.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in a supportive school environment.
