About the role
The City Growth Manager will help MAX expand its mobility platform across Nigerian cities, driving the adoption of electric vehicles and subscription services for commercial drivers. This role supports MAX’s mission to make mobility safe, affordable, accessible and sustainable.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement city‑level growth strategies aligned with MAX’s vision.
- Identify and engage local partners, operators and communities to increase driver onboarding.
- Monitor market performance, track key metrics and report on growth outcomes.
- Support the rollout of EVs and battery‑swap stations in target cities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong interest in mobility, clean energy and financial inclusion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
- Experience in marketing, growth or related fields is preferred.
