Cinematographer / Videographer

About the role

This full-time position is dedicated to creating premium video assets for social media, marketing initiatives, corporate events and documentary projects. It sits at the heart of the visual communication strategy, covering conception, shooting and oversight of productions that meet organisational goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create shot lists, storyboards and filming schedules, and choose camera angles, lenses, movement and lighting for each production.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting rigs, stabilisers and tripods, and coordinate lighting, audio and camera gear.
• Record interviews, testimonials, event coverage, promotional clips and behind-the-scenes material, with precise composition, framing, exposure and focus.
• Guarantee clean audio with microphones and dedicated recorders, and guide talent and presenters on camera.
• Perform location scouting and film B-roll, establishing shots and supporting visuals.
• Maintain camera equipment inventory and implement file management, archiving and backup systems.
• Work with editors and motion designers, advise on post-production, and create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, corporate sites and digital ads.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and keeping the brand consistent across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Experience in audio recording and management with professional microphones and recorders.
• Ability to scout locations and assess logistics.
• Skills in directing talent and managing on-set dynamics.
• Competence in file management, data backup and organisation.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Strong project management skills, ownership of the production lifecycle and commitment to brand consistency.
