CIC Agent – Sales & Customer Experience

About the role

The CIC Agent role is focused on driving sustainable sales growth and enhancing customer experience for a leading beverage company. You will combine capital and people resources to increase market share, manage product portfolios, and resolve customer issues.

Key responsibilities

• Control and capture orders, manage sales calls and product promotion.
• Oversee mix/portfolio management, stock allocation, and empties tracking.
• Source and negotiate payments, track proof of payment and posting.
• Conduct NPS surveys, handle customer complaints, and ensure resolution.
• Monitor volume KPIs (beer, focus brands, malt, energy) and CIC productivity KPIs such as plan adherence and coverage.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, innovation, and ability to adapt quickly.
• B.Sc. or HND in Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in customer experience, call handling, sales or similar roles.
• Fluency in English and/or local dialects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using SAP/S4Hana.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
