Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy, manage risk, and ensure sustainable growth. The CFO will oversee all finance functions, drive planning, and safeguard the organization’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial planning and strategy.
• Perform risk management by analyzing liabilities, investments, and cash liquidity.
• Define investment strategies while monitoring cash flow and liquidity risks.
• Oversee fundraising plans, capital structure, and vendor relationships.
• Supervise finance personnel, including controllers, treasurers, and analysts.
• Prepare accurate current and forecast reports.
• Implement and manage the finance IT system.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a comparable senior finance role.
• In‑depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk‑management practices.
• Strong analytical background with expertise in data analysis and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
• CPA qualification is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using financial management software such as SAP.
