Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer who will report directly to the CEO and shape our commercial and operational strategy. The role involves leading the expansion into 13 new territories across Asia, Africa and Latin America while building a high‑performing sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the commercial strategy for a regulation‑first B2B money‑movement product.
• Drive market entry and sales growth in 13 target territories (Asia, Africa, LATAM).
• Target elite institutions, central exchanges and banks to secure partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and emerging DeFi protocols.
• Recruit, develop and nurture a strong commercial team culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience, preferably in FX, settlements or related financial services.
• Track record of expanding business in multiple international markets.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, small‑team environment with ambitious growth targets.
• Strong understanding of regional regulations and the DeFi ecosystem.
