About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will shape and execute the company’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and partnership development. Reporting to the executive team, the CCO will align commercial initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial and revenue strategy.
• Lead sales, marketing, partnerships, and business development functions.
• Identify new market opportunities and additional revenue streams.
• Negotiate key commercial contracts and manage top client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure commercial goals support the broader business plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of senior experience in commercial, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning.
