About the role
Creditcrest Capital and Investment is seeking a Cashier to join its micro‑finance office in Abeokuta. The role blends traditional teller duties with credit handling, supporting loan evaluation, disbursement and repayment management for micro‑ and SME clients.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications, assess financial profiles and determine credit eligibility.
- Manage cash disbursements, track repayment schedules and perform teller transactions.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and monitor loan portfolios.
- Follow up on overdue repayments and support collection activities.
- Provide financial guidance to clients while contributing to portfolio growth targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the micro‑finance sector.
- Strong understanding of loan origination, credit appraisal and risk mitigation.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in handling financial documentation and cash management procedures.
