Cash Activity Manager – Gusau, Zamfara State (Nationals Only)

About the role

The Cash Activity Manager will lead the implementation of cash and coupon transfer programmes in Gusau, Zamfara State. Reporting to the line manager, the role ensures timely, high‑quality and compliant delivery of cash assistance to vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of cash transfer activities in line with national, international and donor standards.
• Supervise a team of cash‑transfer staff, ensuring proper training, performance management and adherence to procedures.
• Participate in the development and review of multi‑year and annual strategies for cash assistance.
• Contribute to situation analyses, needs assessments and project design documents.
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation and compliance with IT and financial controls.
• Coordinate with other sectors and partners to integrate cash assistance with broader humanitarian interventions.

Required profile

• National of Nigeria (nationals only).
• Proven experience in managing cash transfer programmes in humanitarian contexts.
• Strong knowledge of donor requirements, cash‑transfer standards and IT/financial compliance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
