Car Rental & Shortlet Sales Executive

About the role

This position is focused on driving revenue for a fast‑growing mobility and hospitality business in Lagos Island. The successful candidate will generate and close sales for vehicle rentals and short‑let apartments, targeting both corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and convert new corporate and individual customers through cold calling, networking and site visits.
• Generate and close vehicle rental and short‑let apartment sales, meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing where applicable and finalize bookings.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, produce regular sales reports and collaborate with the digital marketing team to convert inbound enquiries.
• Develop and nurture relationships with travel agencies, relocation firms, embassies, event planners and other key partners.
• Represent the brand professionally and build strategic partnerships to increase bookings and occupancy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in car rental, mobility services, short‑let apartments, hospitality or travel & tourism.
• Proven track record of generating new business and consistently closing sales.
• Existing network of corporate contacts is an advantage.
• Target‑driven, proactive and comfortable meeting clients in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
