About the role
H-CUE Catering Services Nigeria Limited, an indigenous and newly established hospitality company with experienced and qualified management staff, is recruiting a Camp Boss for its industrial catering operations in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role leads a catering team of at least 10 people and ensures food is produced to the highest standard and delivered to the agreed specification.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the team effectively to deliver qualitative and quantitative results, supervising and training a minimum of 10 catering crew members.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Manage budgets and resources.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a camp boss in the industrial catering sector.
- Good leadership, organizational and time-management skills, and strong verbal and written communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Analytical skills and ability to multitask.
