Business Operations Graduate – 12‑Month Program

About the role

Join Ericsson’s Business Services team in Lagos for a 12‑month paid graduate assignment supporting the Customer Unit West & Southern Africa. You will gain hands‑on experience in business operations, service delivery and stakeholder coordination within a global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day business operations and service delivery across the local organisation.
• Assist with records retention, document management and compliance processes.
• Coordinate people‑related operational activities, including accommodation, transportation and logistics.
• Contribute to vehicle fleet management and vendor liaison.
• Support delivery‑related operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure high‑quality service and efficient workflows.
• Provide additional local business support as required.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
