Business Operations Associate

About the role

Cross Shield Health Consulting is a medication access and supply‑chain coordination platform serving patients, families, doctors, pharmacies and suppliers across Nigeria. We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to own day‑to‑day operations and help drive client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming medication requests and coordinate their fulfilment.
• Follow up on incomplete transactions to ensure nothing falls through.
• Coordinate with our pharmacy and supplier network.
• Track orders, payments and delivery status using the admin dashboard.
• Support client acquisition and relationship management.
• Report daily to the founder and flag operational issues early.
• Assist with pharmacy and doctor outreach as required.

Required profile

• Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps or completed it within the last 12 months.
• Based in Lagos and able to work hybrid (minimum two days on‑site).
• High ownership mentality and ability to take initiative.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑changing priorities.
• Any exposure to healthcare, pharmacy or supply‑chain is a strong advantage.
