Business Manager in Sales

About the role

Appsilon is looking for a remote Business Manager in Sales to work exclusively on B2B international sales of its data‑driven technology services. You will help clients across the globe leverage interactive applications for data visualization, drug discovery, process optimisation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise prospects worldwide, presenting Appsilon’s technology solutions.
• Analyse client needs, draw conclusions and design tailored consulting proposals.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing while maintaining a client‑centered approach.
• Continuously improve sales processes and contribute to market‑trend analysis in digital transformation, data science and machine learning.
• Maintain reliable, fast‑response communication through videoconferencing and remote collaboration tools.

Required profile

• Proficient English with strong written communication skills.
• Documented experience in B2B international sales, preferably in technology services or products.
• Alignment with company values, code of conduct and a proactive, improvement‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyse situations, draw conclusions and translate them into client‑specific solutions.
• High reliability, organisational skills and a strong sales drive.
