Business Manager (Ice Production Factory)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Manager to lead daily operations of our ice producing factory. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Drive sales performance across product lines and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor operational activities to ensure targets and profitability objectives are met.
• Lead, supervise, and support administrative, sales, and operational teams.
• Prepare periodic business reports, sales updates, and performance analyses for management.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business management, operations, sales or a similar managerial role.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution or related industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital business development is an advantage.

What we offer
