About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Executive to drive client acquisition and promote our estate products across Ibadan and Oyo State.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients through field outreach, cold calling, business directories, networking events, and digital channels.
- Show and promote estate products, explain pricing structures, and detail flexible payment plans to prospective clients.
- Conduct physical site tours and walk‑throughs for clients to inspect available properties and development milestones.
- Negotiate deals, manage objections, and guide clients from initial inquiry to signed contracts and transaction completion.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing and dormant clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Required profile
- Minimum of an OND in a related field.
