Business Development & Sales Manager – MEP

About the role

The Business Development & Sales Manager will drive growth of mechanical and electrical (MEP) products and solutions across the construction market in Nigeria. You will lead customer acquisition, manage key accounts and build a sustainable sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, developers and procurement teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and order closure.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the MEP, construction or building‑services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical installation products.
• Understanding of mechanical building services and related specifications.
