About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join Chez Moi Fashion in Lagos. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities within the retail and fashion sector and driving revenue through new partnerships.

Key responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities, target markets and strategic partnerships.
Prospect, qualify and convert leads via networking, cold outreach and client presentations.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients, stakeholders and decision‑makers.
Prepare, present and negotiate business proposals, contracts and commercial terms to close deals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market shifts to adjust sales and growth strategies.

Required profile

Minimum qualification: BSc degree.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
Entry‑level candidate with a strong drive for results.
