Business Development Officer (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the role

Brielle Consulting Services (BCS) is seeking a self‑motivated Business Development Officer to expand its client base across multiple service lines, including HR consulting, corporate training, study‑abroad advisory, and business consulting. This fully remote position is performance‑driven and ideal for candidates who thrive on autonomy and are motivated by uncapped earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients for BCS’s diverse service offerings.
• Design and execute outreach strategies such as cold outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Pitch services, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with BCS pricing and standards.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular progress reports.
• Build long‑term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery after closing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with a fully commission‑based compensation structure.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian business landscape is a strong advantage.
