About the role
Kemof is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Officer to support its procurement and vendor management functions. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving energy and utilities environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with vendor registration, renewals and maintenance of supplier records.
- Prepare quotations in response to RFQs under manager guidance.
- Conduct site visits to reconcile supplied and worked order quantities.
- Support invoicing processes and follow up with clients on payments.
- Track equipment movement and update leasing logs.
- Respond to internal emails as directed by the line manager.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Minimum of a diploma (any field).
- No prior work experience required.
