Business Development Officer

About the role

Coinbox Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth across its recruitment, HR consulting, and corporate training services. The role focuses on generating high‑quality B2B leads, managing corporate accounts, and delivering tailored HR solutions to senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate high‑quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, networking, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and AI‑powered prospecting tools.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Directors, Business Leaders, and C‑Suite Executives.
• Identify client needs and develop tailored HR and business solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Manage and retain corporate accounts while identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years (48 months) of proven B2B sales, business development, or commercial account management experience.
• Experience selling HR services, consulting, training solutions, or other professional services is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social selling, and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑powered productivity and sales tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
