Business Development & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the automotive and aviation sectors. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, drive revenue, and enhance brand presence across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies.
• Identify, secure, and manage new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and pinpoint revenue growth opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Produce periodic reports on business development and marketing performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the business development and marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership development.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Leadership and people‑management capabilities.
