About the role

Medialinks, a Dubai-based mobile-first growth partner that scales apps through user acquisition strategies on CPI and CPA models, is hiring a full-time remote Business Development Manager. The role covers identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Create strategies for market expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
Implement targeted marketing and sales initiatives
Analyze market trends and track key performance metrics

Required profile

3+ years of experience onboarding local mobile app advertisers
Experience in business development, sales and client relationship management
Track record of hitting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with diverse teams
